Dedicated Nursing Associates Hiring for Account Manager Full Time

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Maintain direct communication with existing DNA clients
• Serve as a liaison between STAR Recruiters and DNA clients when submitting candidates
• Actively seek out new job orders from current clients
• Aggressively extract additional job requests from current clients
• Follow up with inactive clients to solicit business
• Maintain client data in an organized manner
• Utilize all of DNA’s software systems (Outlook, Excel, RingCentral, etc.)
• Follow-up, address, and dissolve any facility issues when they arise
• Build relationships with key Point of Contacts of new and existing clients
• Ability to make 50-70 phone calls a day
• Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Physical Demands:

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for the duration of the workday
• Ability to move about the office, bend and reach
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Work environment:

Generally, works in an office environment but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting if specified by the Executive Team.
