DESCRIPTION

Decypher is seeking a Recruiter – Healthcare to support the Corporate Office in San Antonio, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creates and manages healthcare job postings
• Maintenance of job requisitions in Applicant Tracking System, including progress notes and updates
• Pipelining of qualified candidates for on-going requirements
• Screens applications against job performance work statement qualifications
• Candidate first contact, follow-up, and close-out
• Initial collection of qualifying documents
• Profile creation for submission of candidates
• Completes incumbent capture and processing

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years experience with Healthcare Staffing, Contracting, or Recruiting
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• US Citizen
