Decotec Inc. Hiring for Customer Service / Order entry specialist at North York, ON Full Time

We are a distribution company supplying European wood based panels to various manufacturers in Canada.

We are looking for an energetic, and enthusiastic person so join our team as an administrative assistant / customer service representative.

There are various tasks involved with this positions such as, but not limited to:

Communication with customers over the phone, and in person, answering inquiries and providing information about our products

Processing orders, and entering into our system

Preparing samples of our products, labeling samples, etc

Coordinating deliveries between our operations team and our clients

Processing payments

Handling paperwork

Other tasks as well.

This position requires excellent communication skills as our customer service team is in constant communication with our customers.

This positions if for full time. Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Knowledge of Excel is required for this position.

We are looking for serious people who are interested in long term work.

Pay is approx $45K per year, calculated on per hour basis.

We also provide extended benefit program.
