Our dental office is currently looking for a dependable and friendly individual to fill the position of dental receptionist. The ideal candidate will have a background in dental administration and will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients with a smile. In addition, the receptionist must be capable of multitasking effectively and recording patient information accurately. Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support to dental office personnel.
• Provide professional telephone and face-to-face receptionist services for patients and visitors to the location.
• Perform routine tasks associated with the day-to-day operations of a dental office.
• Gather and compile general information about patients.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and providers.
• Answer questions.
• Track insurance information.
• Update dental records.
• Provide administrative support for front office personnel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
