WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized and enthusiastic Customer Experience Associate to join the Supply Chain Management team to manage the end-to-end order management and customer service processes in Australia, New Zealand & Hong Kong.

This role will require you to be on-site full-time at our Port Melbourne warehouse as you will be working very closely with our Warehouse and Demand Planning teams.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Manage replenishment operations for retailers and standalone stores, which includes placing orders, monitoring system-generated orders, stock analysis, releasing orders, and confirming orders.
• Provide tracking numbers and ensure in-transit orders are delivered on time
• Prepare inventory and other s for customers and for internal purposes
• Manage service and inventory levels for new product introductions and deletions across different internal and external business units.
• Conduct root cause analysis for out-of-stock items and delivery variances, ensuring DIFOT (Delivery In Full, On Time) KPIs are met
• Process claims and returns by collaborating with finance, inventory control, and logistics for the return shipment
• Review past-due orders daily and coordinate cancellations/re-orders with Retail Partners
• Coordinate orders to and shipments from 3PL
• Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) regulations between business units.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• Possess a good understanding of warehousing, transport processes, and end-to-end supply chain operation principles.
• Strong problem solver and ability to take ownership
• Strategic thinker, with extensive ability to operationalize, leveraging excellence in time management, demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines in an unstructured environment
• Excellent organization skills and demonstrating accuracy and detail orientation are a must
• Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable
