WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Partnerships Education Senior Specialist (3 month FTC) who will serve as the interim educator for the DECIEM brand across North American retail partners, providing science-based product knowledge + educational training on DECIEM’s brand history, regimens and ingredient knowledge.

This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office.

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE

• Provide effective B2B / B2C education strategies tailored by retail partner, delivering uniquely engaging consumer facing events + content for the market, converting retailer education teams and personnel into DECIEM advocates
• Drive DECIEM’s regional partner education strategy in collaboration with our Global Learning and Development team
• Build loyalty and drive sales with our North American partners through passionate training and effective education tools and content
• Develop and optimize the regional education experience framework with the Global Partnerships
• Support brand awareness and brand outcomes by implementing educational programs and content that addresses needs, including advising on education approach
• Develop and deploy a wide variety of education methods including educational job aids and train the trainer program, selecting the ideal education method and activities for the audience and needs
• Partnering with the Brand and L&D team, evaluate the effectiveness of education programs against KPIs, and provide summary reports to management as needed
• Monitor the Partnership education budget, and look for keyways to ensure the budget is maintained
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and best education practices
• Foster a positive learning environment and represent the key mission and values of DECIEM

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE

• Track record in designing and executing successful partnerships business planning initiatives with strong facilitation + presentation skills
• Familiarity with traditional and modern education methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and work cross-functionally
• Experience envisioning, establishing, and implementing high-level content strategies in support of education
• 4+ years of people management and/or leadership experience is required
