Digital Marketing Manager

This position is located in our Corporate office in Davie, FL.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing initiatives, managing projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities (many are shared responsibilities with the marketing team):

• Work with our CMO to drive and organize digital advertising campaigns: including strategy, planning, execution, management, promotional campaigns, communications (both internal and external), and roll-out.
• Manage and oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined objectives.
• Understanding of various paid social and paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp), Yahoo-DSP, OTT, Taboola, and other platforms.
• Build creative briefs and timelines to drive internal leads and traffic.
• Build, cultivate, and test new audiences with an understanding of A/B testing on paid banners, landing pages, and email designs.
• Work with an in-house and outsourced creative team to develop fresh content on a regular schedule.
• Work closely with the analytics team to monitor and analyze the marketing campaign performance, leveraging data and metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies for better results.
• Proven ability to build and deploy robust multi-channel digital plans.
• Be accountable for marketing metrics, aligning measurement and ing cadence with business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience focused on digital marketing and content development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for learning systems quickly.
• Exemplary analytical ability, organization skills, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or similar.
• Understanding of the Debt industry is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
