As part of a successful and collaborative team, your pivotal role will involve ensuring the timely and precise production of month-end accounts, with your responsibilities including:

• Preparation of comprehensive management accounts.
• In depth variance analysis.
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Accruals and Prepayments.
• Analysing and ing on financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
• Managing and reconciling accounts.
• Working closely with your finance colleagues and assisting in other areas as required.
• Contributing to process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Ad hoc projects

The ideal candidate will have a positive and proactive attitude be studying AAT, ACCA or CIMA, have previous management accounts experience, with excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong IT and Excel to pivot table, VLOOKUP level is essential. They should be driven by a commitment to achieve their personal best and consistently provide outstanding service to the wider business.

• Salary £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
• Hours of work 8.30am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
• 25 days holiday + statutory bank holidays.
• Hybrid Working
• Study support

The role is based in a village location northeast of Brackley within commutable distance of Banbury, Radstone, Helmdon, Stowe Silverstone, Buckingham, Daventry, Northampton, Milton Keynes, and Towcester.
