Death Valley Lodging Company Hiring for Kitchen Supervisor at Stovepipe Wells, California Full Time

Stovepipe Wells Village is in the heart of Death Valley National Park. We offer 83 guest rooms, 14 RV sites, a swimming pool, two stores, a restaurant and a saloon. Death Valley Lodging Company (NEG282, LLC) needs a FULL TIME/YEAR ROUND Kitchen Supervisor.  The Supervisor assists the F & B Manager in ordering, inventorying, ensuring that logs and reports are kept current, food safety, and some line cooking as necessary (call outs, etc).  The Supervisor also backfills for the F & B Manager’s days off.

All applicants must be FULLY COVID vaccinated.  ServSafe Manager preferred.

Housing is provided.  Meals are $35 per week.  Meals are paid via payroll bi-weekly ($70.00 per pay period)
