Job Description

Work at our office location in Centennial, Colorado to acquire new clients for our insurance agency by selling Auto, Homeowners, Renters and Life Insurance, as well as other complimentary products.

Salary Range: $40000.00 – $120000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales
• Calling hot leads
• Develop client relationships and follow up with clients when required
• Realize prospects needs and identify sales opportunities
• Creating and maintaining a database and current and potential customers
• Explaining and demonstrating the benefits of our services
• Staying informed about company products and services
• Ability to achieve high sales targets
• Be part of a highly motivated competitive team

Requirements

• Sales experience is a plus
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required
• Honest, dependable and has integrity
• Coachable and open to constructive criticism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Driven to be successful
• Motivated and determined
