Dean & Allyn, Inc. is a professional fire protection contractor based in southern Maine. We have installed the highest quality systems in Maine and New Hampshire for over 25 years.

We are looking for a part-time accounting assistant/office manager to join our dedicated team. Dean & Allyn, Inc. is a family-owned company and offers flexible work schedules.

Responsibilities:

· Answer phones and provide an excellent customer service experience

· Input weekly timesheets and assist in processing payroll

· Create and maintain project files

· Enter new jobs into the accounting system

· Support in accounting functions

· Record stock issues to job costing

· Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed

· Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

· Background in accounting or office management a plus

· Excellent communication skills

· Great working relationship with co-workers, managers, and customers

· Able to prioritize workload

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
