Deakin’s Graduate Employment Division harnesses digital technologies and offer personalised career education through DeakinTALENT, Deakin’s careers and employment services. To be successful in this role you will have a relevant industry experience in a talent development or talent acquisition function, and high-level digital and technology literacy. You will have demonstrated experience in developing and managing programs and initiatives to support students, and have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders within and external to the University.
Flexible in location, the position can be based from either the Waterfront or Waurn Ponds Campuses in Geelong or Burwood Campus in Melbourne.
