Deakin University is seeking to appoint an experienced practitioner to provide a wide range of people and culture advice and coordination to enable end-to-end solutions for university stakeholders, with a particular focus on recruitment, attraction and selection. You will provide high quality and comprehensive advice to hiring managers and other stakeholders to deliver a customer-centric service and University success through the attraction and engagement of the right talent. Working closely with Senior People and Culture Partners, and other teams, you will contribute and support resolution across diverse range people issues, extending beyond workplace relations, into disciplines such as wellbeing, recruitment and remuneration as required, to deliver holistic solutions.
