Deacero USA, a leading Steel Product Manufacturer in the Mining & Metals industry, is seeking a Performance Analyst to join their team. This position will be responsible for analyzing and ing on the performance of various aspects of the company’s operations, including manufacturing, sales, and supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and ing, as well as experience working in the mining and metals industry.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement
• Create and maintain performance s, dashboards, and metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving performance
• Identify trends and opportunities for optimization in sales and supply chain processes
• Develop and maintain data models to support performance ing and analysis
• Communicate performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in data analysis
• Experience with data modeling and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bilingual, English and Spanish
