Deacero USA, a leading steel product manufacturer in the mining and metals industry, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships in your assigned territory Kansas, Nebraska, and Colorado through regular visits, calls, and emails. This role requires a strong understanding of the mining and metals industry, as well as excellent communication and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet and exceed territory sales targets
• Conduct regular client visits to maintain and grow customer relationships
• Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads
• Provide customer feedback and market insights to the company’s leadership team
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transactions and timely delivery of products
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
• Ability to perform basic fence building

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or agriculture, or equivalent experience, supplemented with a minimum of three to five years outside sales experience, Ag sector preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the mining and metals industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales management techniques
• Fence building knowledge a plus
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory, up to 50% of the time
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
