As a Customer Support Representative 2, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service by answering customers’ questions, resolving their complaints and concerns, and keeping accurate records of customer interactions. Additionally, you’ll be a part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering quality products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and concerns
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Providing customers with accurate and complete product information
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
• Familiarity with the Mining & Metals industry is a plus
