Who are we looking for?

Every detail matters in our business, so you’ll be meticulous in your approach and exacting in your standards. You’ll be the responsible for preparing the Group’s statutory accounts and managing the Group’s Corporation Tax affairs (including preparation of tax returns and being the key liaison with the Group’s Corporation Tax advisors).

You’ll be a qualified chartered accountant and will have trained in practice. Whilst experience in the hospitality sector would be very beneficial, it’s by no means essential. We would love to consider professionals who currently hold roles such as Group Financial Controller, Group Financial Accountant or Group Financial Reporting roles.

Key responsibilities

• Group corporation tax planning and compliance
• Group internal financial reporting to the private equity shareholder
• Group statutory accounts reporting
• Group company secretarial matters
• Transaction support for the Group Head of Finance and CFO, including liaison with external advisors and bankers

This role will report directly to the Group Head of Finance; whilst there are no direct reports, you will take on mentoring and general accounting support with the central finance team.
