Position Summary
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Calgary.
Primary point of contact at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada to all operators, maintainers and distributors for spares sales and services for Global Legacy Dash 1-7 customer base. Responsibilities include responding promptly to customer questions and requests, managing customer sales orders, administering customer complaint feedback and engage with the Quality team to understand and address root cause. Additionally, will be required to support AOG on a weekly rotation
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship management – as the face of DHC Aftermarket, you are expected to maintain a positive collaborative relationship with the customer
Familiarity with all required Work Instructions associated with the CSR function (including but not limited to RMA processing, Quote Management, etc)
Internal Collaboration – work with fellow CSR’s to develop solutions to customer issues, as well as other cross-functional support teams to resolve and address any customers issues
AOG Support – participate in weekly rotation to support 24/7 operations
Customer Communications in a prompt and timely manner
Customer Complaint Root Cause Investigations
Sales Order Management – provide prompt responses and proactively follow up
Continuous Improvement (related to Processes and Procedures)
Business Development – identify opportunities for new or incremental business
Executive Material Preparation – gather and analyze customer specific data to support
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Warehouse/Logistics Management
5+ Years in Supply Chain, Warehouse or Logistics type role
Strong interpersonal skills required
Previous Customer Service Experience
Strong organizational and prioritization skills are a must
Familiarity with technical manuals and ability to read/interpret (IPC and AMM) are a bonus
