Job Description
-A fantastic opportunity exists for a talented recruitment professional to join a fun and supportive Talent Acquisition team based in Brisbane. This position is initially offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract , primarily to deliver a variety of recruitment projects however it will also be relied upon as a backup for day-to-day recruitment for our operations.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Global Shared Services team based in Brisbane and will work closely with business leaders and HR site teams to deliver a variety of bulk recruitment projects. Our Talent Acquisition Analysts are supported by a capable administration team who schedule all interviews and manage full pre-employment check process and candidates are handed over after acceptance to our onboarding team.

This exciting and varied role will see you accountable for:

• Facilitate bulk recruitment campaigns including New to Industry and contractor conversions
• Coordination and facilitation of assessment centres
• Manage the full recruitment cycle process – from job brief through to candidate selection
• Making ‘the candidate experience’ your top priority while maintaining meaningful stakeholder and candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
• Collaborating with HR and Hiring Managers identifying job requirements and determining qualification criteria for candidates while providing support/advice to Hiring Managers throughout candidate selection
• Developing an expertise in a particular discipline or business area and share market insight and data to assist Hiring Managers to make informed decisions
• Actively support our Diversity and Inclusion strategy

• Qualifications
  -3+ years’ experience as a talent acquisition professional
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and deliver bulk recruitment campaigns
• Previous experience coordinating and facilitating assessment centres will be highly advantageous
• Willingness to adopt global recruitment process and ensure all activity is recorded in the ATS
• Experience using LinkedIN Recruiter and SEEK Talent as sourcing tools

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have exceptional project coordination and problem-solving skills, be an effective communicator and have a desire to provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders along with a drive to deliver on goals and ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
