Job Description
-A fantastic opportunity exists for a dedicated administration professional to join a fun and supportive Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Administration Supervisor you will be part of the Global Shared Services team based in Brisbane.

The Talent Acquisition Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Team by ensuring all recruitment administration is carried out in a timely and accurate manner.

This exciting and varied role will see you accountable for:

• Generating and reviewing various employment contracts
• Processing invoices on a monthly basis and creating purchase orders requisitions
• Ensuring new employee uniforms are ordered in a timely manner
• Administration activities associated with end-to-end recruitment – publishing job adverts, scheduling candidate interviews and pre-employment checks
• Making ‘the candidate experience’ your top priority
• Providing timely advice and support to the Talent Acquisition Analysts

Qualifications
-To be successful in this position you will have experience in the following:

• 2 years+ experience as an administration professional
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Be well organised, have strong time management skills and proactive approach
• A friendly and positive attitude
• Demonstrated experience providing exceptional customer service
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
