The HR Services team support the Anglo American HR stand to ‘Create a safe and caring environment and ignite growth, extraordinary performance and new possibilities. Primarily focused upon HR service delivery, measurement, governance and digital enablement it encompasses a number of key areas of talent acquisition, data & analytics, HR systems and operational service delivery

This role is within our Group People & Organisation Business Unit at a Band 7 level reporting to the HR Analytics Manager.
Job Description
Collaborate on the adoption of the HR Analytics solution across the group and in building a community of practice to develop best practices and knowledge to support the business users
Develop, update and improve HR Analytics content as part of the Self-Service approach from the HR Analytics service model
Strengthen and further develop the capability piece of the Self Service approach by creating reference material, setting KPIs to measure the usage and identifying ways to encourage the use of it
Manage the headcount reporting process, including the gathering of data from the BU’s and the generation of the relevant reports in support of the Global Headcount Policy (Headcount report, contractor report, DJSI, Sustainable report, Annual report, etc.)
Manage the governance for the HR Analytics systems (Data loads processes, Systems feeds, Security profiles, implement new system features, technical support, etc.)
Own and maintain the Eureka web page where the HR Analytics service model is offered as the consolidated channel to deliver this.
Qualifications
Operations:
Experience of working in a complex multi-national organisation – ideally HR context
Understanding and experience of HR systems – including Data Analytics solutions, SAP ERP & Success Factors.
Commercial:
Track record of contributing to successful implementations of HR analytics systems and processes
Management
Understand tools for creating a culture of purpose–led high performance and change within area
Track record of interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders and colleagues
Compliance:
Ability to understand Safety, health and environment, legislative, statutory and regulatory requirements in relation to role
