Job Description
Key Responsibilities include:
Support the Business Analyst in working with HR process owners to identify, develop and document business requirements to allow more effective performance and look at new ways of tackling business processes or to establish a new service.
Understand the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the associated development of new or existing technical solutions.
Work with solution specialists to align technical solutions to business requirements and needs, and ensure design of quality technical solutions to support the business requirements.
Support the Business Analyst in investigating problems and analyse options for new and existing services and provide recommendations to solutions. Work with stakeholders to identify objectives, opportunities and potential benefits available.
Facilitate design reviews and audits to make sure objectives are met and standards are followed for the HR processses and systems in scope.
Facilitate relationships with suppliers, subject matter experts and HR process owners to ensure that successful design, development and deployment of solutions.
Qualifications
proven track record of practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity
Technical Knowledge
Experience of working within an HR environment, ideally within a complex multi-national organisation
Understanding and experience of HR systems – including but not limited to SAP or similar
Proven track record of successful implementations, based on the outputs of the business analysis, with quantifiable results
Proven track record of going deep into problem resolutions when necessary, but able to articulate the bigger picture and solution creation
Understand tools for creating a culture of purpose–led high performance and change within area
Ability to understand Safety, health and environment, legislative, statutory and regulatory requirements in relation to role
