DD Products & Services Hiring for Recruitment Administrator at Witham Full Time

Are you a driven, proactive individual with an interest in internal recruitment? We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our HR department on a 12-month FTC, with the potential to go permanent. This is a new role, so if you’re looking for an exciting challenge to bring creative ideas on board and make the role your own – this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Working alongside the Recruitment Business Partner, the successful candidate will have strong intuition and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No two days will be the same in this role!

Duties & Responsibilities

Advertising all vacancies on job boards and our internal careers page.

Maintaining our applicant tracking system and electronic recruitment filing system, ensuring details are correct and updated.

Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes booking interviews, pre-screening candidates and providing high-quality service to new and existing staff.

Assisting with the management of the recruitment inbox and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Support the HR team with new joiner administration, liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring the onboarding experience is seamless

Utilising our social media channels to promote the DD brand and assisting with recruitment fairs and events.
