DCL Design Communications Hiring for Project Accounting Admin – Construction Industry Job at Randolph, MA Full Time

Design Communications Ltd is a dynamic manufacturer of custom architectural products, including signage and specialty elements, with locations in Greater Boston, Orlando and New York. We are currently seeking a high energy, responsible, and extremely organized Project Accounting Admin to join our spectacularly talented team, recognized as the best in the world at what they do!

The Project Accounting Admin provides support to the Project Management team in a variety of areas including data entry, financial accounting and reports, and document preparation. The ideal candidate will be proactive in dealing with issues that may arise, a go-getter, and a creative problem solver.

Responsibilities include:

• Data entry and organizing and updating multiple databases regularly
• Assist PMs in organizing workload, acquiring costs, product research, and vendor development
• Organize and maintain all PM project files
• Maintain meeting schedules for Project Managers as needed
• Assist PM with travel plans and all other forms of reporting required by management and accounting
• Perform other duties and assist with special projects as they arise

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
• 2+ years of professional experience required; background in construction, exhibit, other subcontractor trades highly preferred
• Prior administrative support experience
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to work independently, without immediate direction or supervision
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with an ability to pick up new software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment and juggle multiple responsibilities
• Superb communication skills; both written and verbal
