Customer Service – English

We are presently seeking a dynamic and professional Customer Service and Data Entry representative. This is a long-term position with plenty of room for growth within the company. While French is NOT mandatory, bilingual candidates are preferred.

Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $16 – $20 per hour
Hours: Mo-Fri 9-5

Position Overview:

You will be responsible to answer incoming customer calls. Discuss and explain our various products or services. Enter payments and prepare deposits. Provide order or shipment updates, and handle various other customer inquiries. No previous experience is necessary but you should have excellent computer skills and be comfortable on the phone.

While we work primarily from the office, due to the current situation, you will work from home a couple of days per week.

Requirements:

• a PC desktop or laptop running an up-to-date version of windows 10 (Macs are not compatible)

• antivirus software and firewall (windows defender is ok)

• a 15 inch or larger screen

• high-Speed Internet

• a quiet workspace

• a modern smartphone (preferably iPhone)

Qualifications:

• DCS / DEC (preferred)

• Computer-savvy (the interview may require Teamviewer)

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent mathematical skills

• Accuracy and meticulous

• Strong data entry and typing skills

• Comfortable on the phone

COVID-19 considerations:
Our office door is normally closed to the public. If we do have to see a customer, they are required to wear a mask. All workstation partitions are at least 5m apart.
