DC Reclamation Hiring for Lead Digital Tutor Job at Remote Full Time

DC Reclamation, trading as Code, is currently recruiting for a Lead Digital Trainer to join our expanding delivery team. This is a full time, role offering a competitive salary and a hybrid working policy.

You will be responsible for the development, delivery, presentation and communication of specific training material and digital awareness campaigns as well as providing advice and direction to the trainers to ensure that learners are engaged and deadlines are met. You will also assess the skills and knowledge of the team and make suggestions, with regards to CPD, to further enhance our offer.

Main Duties of the Lead Digital Trainer role include:

• Manages the design and delivery (either virtually or face-to-face) of training material in line with the needs of the customer. This includes: development of virtual online courses, formal trainer led sessions, one-to-one coaching and support to staff and learners to bring to life how digital tools can assist in a given role or enable employees to gain IT skills for the future.

• Keep up with developments in IT training and communications. To be able to offer blended learning solutions on all Microsoft 365 tools and future technology developments.

• Manages the review and collation of existing training material to present training consistently from a single central location. Ensure continual ‘review and amend’ process is in place, with an effective QA process to ensure consistent high-quality materials, both written and electronic.

To be considered for the role of Lead Digital Trainer you will have:

• Educated to Degree or equivalent level in a relevant field

• Excellent academics and proof of ongoing professional training (CIPD)

• Experience of working in Digital Training role with exceptional IT knowledge,

• Software packages – Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Ability to work with limited supervision.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £32,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
