In this role you will partner closely with all levels of management to understand the commercial drivers of our current and future talent needs, utilise strategic sourcing and search methods and create talent pools to ensure Arriva are equipped with the best talent to drive our growth.
You will collaborate, innovate and provide forward thinking recruitment and search strategies in addition to leading end to end best practice recruitment; including diversifying our sourcing channels, writing and placing job adverts, screening, interviewing and facilitating assessments as well as promoting diversity by ensuring our recruitment strategies attract diverse candidates, and enhance the overall candidate experience.
