The Role
CrossCountry recently introduced a new role of HR Business Partner to support our local leadership teams across the West Midlands & North West with all aspects of people management activities.
Our coverage spans across Birmingham and Manchester and we welcome applications from any of these areas.
Successful applicants will work at both an operational and strategic level within the business, leading the design and delivery of the people plan, ensuring full alignment to the short, medium, and long-term business objectives.
