7 Daze is looking for a passionate, self-driven Talent Recruiter Specialist to be a part of our team. The Talent Recruiter Specialist will devise and implement strategies for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions. Talent Recruiter Specialist will achieve talent acquisition through the development of recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing that address the current and future workforce. Talent Recruiter Specialist sources and screens candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met, and coordinates and tracks interviews with hiring managers. Talent Recruiter Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, other facility human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure that recruiting practice meet the organization’s needs.

Talent Recruiter Specialist Role will

• Represent the brands parallel to the company’s reputation
• Collaborate with Operations to support candidates through onboarding to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
• Manages the full cycle recruiting process including initial phone screens, in-person interviews, scheduling candidates to meet or talk with hiring managers.
• Experience with heavy recruiting managing and filling 10 openings at any given time
• Advanced knowledge and ownership of full cycle recruiting using various interviewing techniques and evaluation methods
• Duties and responsibilities are subject to change based on business needs and at managements discretion
• Plan interview and selection process, including screening calls, and in-person/virtual interviews, and Operations interview process through determining candidates’ technical competence, applicable background and skills, and cultural fit
• Experience with applicant sourcing using different methods and job boards
• Attend domestic/international trade shows at times over weekends
• Able to work in a team environment and contribute towards a mutual goal

Ideal candidates will have

• Minimum three years of experience in recruiting for Operations management with a consumer goods company, including lead generation, creative sourcing, and cold calling experience
• Experience in building TA process and recruiting strategy

Pay: From $66,000.00 per year
