Job Description:
As Deputy Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home, this includes ensuring that the needs of the service users are met, managing the staff team, monitoring the quality of care and support, ensuring high standards of professional practice, whilst achieving compliance with external regulatory standards.

Professional Qualifications:
QCF Level 5 Adult Management Diploma, or equivalent qualification, or be eligible to complete the Level 5 Diploma
