Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing of Phoenix, Arizona is actively seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to deliver 5-star customer service to our customers on the phone. This is a full-time, non-remote position.

What We Offer
- FANTASTIC PAY! Base pay of $17-18/hr, AND up to $400/wk in bonus AND additional spiffs.

What We Need From You
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with a multi-line phone system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Service Titan is a plus!
- Great communication skills
- Professional and customer-focused personality
What You Will Do
- Learn the plumbing and HVAC business and how to prioritize customer calls.
- Promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
- Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the work order.
- Contact existing customers and neighbors to schedule maintenance appointments.
- Make outbound calls on special promotions.
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- Respond to customer messages and questions.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our database.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
- Other duties as directed.
