Fast paced office in Longmeadow looking for hard working, reliable, detail orientated Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. Ideal candidate must be able to work independently and handle multiple accounts. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks with a minimum of two years experience. Duties include: Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts, allocate and post financial transaction, reconcile and balance all accounts, financial ing (trial balance, income statement, balance sheet) Collate, analyze account data and generate financial s. Accounts payable and accounts receivable, prepare checks, payments and bank deposits, prepare and process payroll. Excellent opportunity for qualified candidate.
