Davis & Jones, LLC Hiring for Commercial Collector Job at Remote Full Time

We have two (2) immediate openings for full-time Commercial Collectors. Remote or in person. We are looking for highly motivated candidates who report to work on a daily and timely basis, are results driven and consistently model an above average performance. Competitive pay with the opportunity to earn bi-monthly bonuses. (1) year of collections or sales experience preferred but not required. Experience with commercial accounts, skip tracing, settling accounts, and payment arrangements are a plus.

Ideal candidates should also possess these qualities:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
Fluent communicating in English. Spanish a plus.
Great problem solving and negotiation skills.
Not afraid to work hard and enjoys overcoming difficult tasks all day every day.
Likes uncapped earning potential that reflects hard work.
Assertive, diligent, and aggressive worker.
Conduct intensive research in locating company owners and contacts.
Documents conversation and arrangements accurately in the collection system.
Meet daily and weekly production goals (Calls and dollars collected).
Be able to negotiate and establish acceptable repayment arrangements with companies, which can include negotiating settlement offers, while adhering to all applicable collections laws. FDCPA knowledge a plus.
Working knowledge of formal and informal payment plans.
Develop customer relations to establish and set appropriate timeframes for companies in default. This would include follow-up contact, promise to pay dates are met.
Must have an excellent work history with a strong record of job stability.
Complies with all company policies and procedures

Pay: $50,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
