Davies Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Stoke-on-Trent, England Full Time

Davies Group are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Stoke. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will support our hiring managers with their recruitment needs within Claims Solutions. This is a busy role for an experienced recruiter who has exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Once initial training period has been passed, there is flexibility for agile/remote working on a rota basis

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist , your duties are, but not limited to:

• Manage end to end recruitment process for your assigned division

• Advertising vacancies, screening and sourcing candidates

• Scheduling interviews and screening candidates in a timely manner

• Ensure stakeholders are updated by regularly on the progress of their roles

• Direct sourcing for ‘hard to fill’ positions using LinkedIn Recruiter or other job boards

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer stage to onboarding

• Responsible for employee onboarding which include, preparing offer letters, contracts of employment background checks

• Updating the HR System with any changes and ensure documentation is prepared and filed appropriately

• Work with the Payroll Manager to ensure that necessary entries on the HR System are completed by the relevant dates in order to facilitate the running of payroll

• Manage recruitment system and keep vacancies up to date

• Ensure recruitment report is fully updated with accurate data

To be successful you will have/be:

• Previous experience dealing with high volume recruitment projects

• Experienced stakeholder management and service delivery

• Experienced with ATS and external job boards

• Experienced with LinkedIn recruiter is an advantage but not essential

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

• Organisational, accuracy and attention to detail skill

• Strong attention to detail and organisation

• MS office experience
