Davies Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job at Stoke-on-Trent, England Full Time

Davies Group are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Stoke. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will support recruitment needs within Claims Solutions.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to effectively deliver the candidate management process. This process will include screening candidate applications against a specific vacancy criterion, qualifying candidates suitability for a role, scheduling interviews, managing the candidate throughout their application and interview process, preparing offer packages and other onboarding paperwork.

The TAC will also provide support to the wider Talent Acquisition team ensuring an efficient and effectively delivery of the candidate management process.

Once initial training period has been passed, there is flexibility for agile/remote working on a rota basis

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will support the:

• Advertising vacancies, screening and sourcing candidates

• Scheduling interviews and screening candidates in a timely manner

• Ensure a positive candidate experience from offer stage to onboarding

• Responsible for employee onboarding which include, preparing offer letters, contracts of employment background checks

• Updating the HR System with any changes and ensure documentation is prepared and filed appropriately

• Manage recruitment system and keep vacancies up to date

• Ensure recruitment report is fully updated with accurate data

To be successful you will have/be:

• Previous experience in recruitment is an advantage

• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal

• Organisational, accuracy and attention to detail skill

• Strong attention to detail and organisation

• MS office experience
