About the Role
Reporting the Head of People, you will stepping into a diverse and fulfilling TA role where you will have ample support and freedom to achieve the milestones ahead.
You will be working as part of a high performing and supportive HR team of seven who aim for excellence in their service delivery.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- End to end recruitment in specialised business segments
- Support a working environment where people feel engaged, rewarded and valued
- Provide coaching, support and advice to managers in relation to all facets of recruitment
- Strive for continuous improvement
About You
In order for you to be successful for this role you will have the following:
- Previous experience as a Senior Recruitment professional
- Up to date knowledge of general Human Resources processes and procedures
- High level of internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Strong coaching skills with the ability to influence key decision makers
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and ability to set goals
