My client is responsible for the public health system in NSW particularly through public hospitals as well as associated agencies and statutorily authorities.

About the Role

As the Senior HR Advisor, you will act as a business partner to the agencies Executives and people leaders in relation to human resources (‘HR’) management and organisational change. You will work closely with senior management, and you will be responsible for providing advice, support and delivery of solutions across the full spectrum of the HR function, to enable the business to deliver strategic objectives to meet the requirements of relevant employment awards and legislation, together with Government Sector, Public Service and Ministry policies and procedures.

About You

The successful candidate will need to have HR capability across the broad spectrum of the HR discipline with a proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.

Tertiary qualifications in human resource management or equivalent relevant professional experience are essential.

The Benefits

• Immediate start
• Hourly rate of up $62 – $72 (depending on experience) + Super (ABN is also available)
• Contract to run for 7 months
• Office Location: St Leonards, 2 – 3 days in the office and WFH
• Full Time / 35 hours per week
