Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the assigned market segment. Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and online research to generate new leads.
• Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to address their challenges. Conduct thorough product/service presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value our offerings provide.
• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional support throughout the sales process.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and plans. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline through accurate and up-to-date record keeping using CRM software. Regularly update management on sales progress, forecasts, and potential roadblocks.
• Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Strive to consistently contribute to the company’s revenue growth and market expansion efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and present solutions.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, coupled with the resilience to handle objections and rejections.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
