Davalyn Corporation has been retained to fill a Corporate Controller position in northern Michigan.

Our client is a nationally and internationally recognized marketer of industrial machine and equipment used in the metal fabricating industries.

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of ten years’ management experience in finance and accounting in a similar industrial company at the dealer or OEM level. (distributor or manufacturer experience in Industrial Supply/Industrial Supplies, CNC Machine Tools, Metalworking, Diamond or High Speed Steel Cutting Tools, Indexible Carbide Tooling, Solid Carbide, Threading, Grooving, Turning, Lathes, Milling, Drilling, Reaming, High Speed End Mills, Drills, etc.)

Experience in all aspects of finance and accounting is required but not limited to those responsibilities listed below:

• General accounting
• Treasury
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Banking
• Credit and collections
• Cost accounting
• Tactical and strategic planning
• Budgeting and forecasting

This is a career position with considerable long-term growth and income potential.

Our client offers base compensation in the $140,000 to $160,000 range plus variable bonus opportunity and all corporate benefits.

A full and comprehensive relocation is offered.
