Our client is recruiting at two levels: £40,000 – £50,000 is the more junior level, £50,000 – £65,000 involves some mentoring/leadership skills.
Our client is a leading Consultancy company who is looking to engage Consultants with a passion for HR Change and Transformation to work within the Defence and Security sector on life changing projects!
The majority of the experience they require is around HR Strategy, HR Transformation and Operating Model Design and Organisational Design.
This is not a HR BP/Generalist role and candidates must have experience delivering change (organisational, workforce transformation etc.)
Candidates must have either Consultancy experience or core experience within the Defence/Justice/Security sectors.

Key responsibilities
Delivering HR Chane and Transformation to Defence and Security organisations
Leading work streams of activity within client engagements
Develop client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement
Interview client employees and managers and facilitating meetings and workshops
Assist in the preparation of high-quality deliverables such as documents and presentations which present client recommendations
Work with Clients on scoping pieces of work including gathering requirements, gathering feedback and input for workshops or meetings and checking understanding
Skills & experience
Prior experience on HR operations or HR transformation programmes,
Implementing strategic analysis to improve business performance and the employee experience
Demonstrate a clear understanding of HR, the value it can bring to an organisation and the function it performs in a business context
Be able to apply knowledge and expertise in a range of client scenarios, focusing on high quality even in high pressured, time critical situations
Proven ability to assess, design and implement new HR service delivery and HR operating models considering business demands and more efficient ways of working
Experience of working with new HR Technology and experience of analysis of an organisation’s HR requirements, employee experience ambition, processes and pain points
