The Position
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and innovative individual that’s looking to make an impact on a highly skilled recruiting team. The successful candidate will have an innate “bloodhound” instinct that drives them on to find that elusive and ephemeral perfect candidate. Externally, you will work on contingency and retained search for our clients seeking talent. You will be tasked with filling internal positions for our project-base data science and engineering team.
The Technical Recruiter will have a successful track record of making placements for highly technical, data-oriented positions in an agency model.

Qualifications & Experience
An undergraduate degree. Computer science or data science is a plus. The Technical Recruiter should have at least three years of experience, including:
