Job Title: Part-Time Crowdsourced Worker Recruiter for Canadian positions

Job Description:

We are a growing technology company focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that specializes in crowdsourced workers. We are looking for a part-time Crowdsourced Worker Recruiter who can help us find and recruit skilled and talented individuals to join our crowdsourced workforce.

As a Crowdsourced Worker Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding individuals who have the right skills and experience for the specific roles we need to fill. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates, assessing their qualifications and experience, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research to identify potential candidates for crowdsourced work opportunities.
• Contacting and communicating with potential candidates via email, phone or other means to introduce the company and the available job opportunities.
• Conducting initial screening interviews and assessments with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and interest in the role.
• Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates to ensure a consistent pool of talent for the company’s needs.
• Collaborating with hiring managers and the human resources team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new recruits.
• Providing feedback to the team regarding recruitment processes, strategies and job descriptions, and making recommendations for improvements.
• Managing candidate data and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure that we are meeting our recruitment goals.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in crowdsourcing recruitment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential candidates and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage the recruitment process and candidate data.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques, such as online job boards and social media platforms.
• Passion for working with people and helping them to find the right opportunities to apply their skills.
