Database Assistant (Alumni and Development Office) Full Time

This is an exciting opportunity to join our skilled, professional and friendly Alumni & Development team at Trinity Hall.

What We Offer

What We Are Looking For

• An efficient and organised administrative Database Assistant to join the existing team until the end of October 2026
• Proven experience of working in an office environment and with database and data entry
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Have good organisational skills, and be comfortable handling various administrative tasks

Duties

The successful candidate will assist all members of the team with a variety of administrative tasks to help facilitate the smooth running of the office. Your duties will be varied and include:

• Data updates and improvements to our alumni database (Raiser’s Edge) to include processing returned mail and email bounce-backs
• Processing data updates from our online alumni community, Linkhall and amending records on our database accordingly
• Assisting with any data cleaning, data entry tasks, and mailing tasks, including downloading monthly updates from the University database.
• Answering alumni enquiries by phone and email and liaising with other departments as necessary
