Location: 520 Madison Ave / Hybrid work-schedule 2 – 3 days onsite

Pay rate: $55/pr hour W2 & $60 per hour C2C (benefits available for W2 option)

Duration: 6+ months with high possibility of full-time offer

Role Overview

Given bank’s ongoing success and future ambitions, there is an ever-increasing business imperative to strategically upgrade the firm’s web platforms and evolve digital marketing activities. The Digital & Web Strategist is a newly created role that will help project manage and execute on these efforts, in addition to staying abreast of industry trends, modern web development and omnichannel marketing.

As a member of high performing marketing team, this individual will play a meaningful role supporting marketing activities firmwide across corporate communications, social media, email marketing, internal marketing, collateral development, advertising, and general branding. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and foster professional relationships across the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Project manage the design, development, and implementation of several new web properties (external and internal); including UX / UI, logic for content delivery; migration of digital assets; optimized SEO, search, and social experiences
• Manage the strategic development, deployment, and maintenance of a new content management system to drive the client’s 10+ websites, overseeing and directing vendor partnerships
• Contribute to the strategic development and implementation of an end-to-end, data-driven technology infrastructure and strategy for digital and web-based marketing activities
• Define key performance metrics to monitor activities; evaluate, , and interpret effectiveness, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance activities and maximize impact
• Manage regular website activities, including frequent content updates, earnings, and IR-related posts, as well as quarterly reviews and annual content audits
• Stay up to date on the latest technology trends and industry best practices, providing relevant analysis to inform and elevate bank’s marketing efforts
• Contribute to evolving bank’s social media capabilities; experimenting with new and innovative approaches and techniques to elevate our social presence, engagement, and overall experience
• Work closely and collaboratively with bank’s colleagues contributing to the development, execution, and consistent delivery of high-quality marketing programs across a variety of mediums
• Work directly with business stakeholders globally to identify goals and objectives, gather requirements, scope work, execute and manage

Experience & Qualifications:

• 7+ years delivering effective website marketing experiences, prior financial services sector experience is a plus
• Strong oral and written communications skills, as well as the analytical ability to assess marketing scenarios and offer insights and creative solutions
• Expertise in modern web marketing, leading-edge strategies, and analytic tools with experience in UX / UI, web analytics, HTML, SEO, Google Analytics
• Project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans and specifications, run team meetings as well as manage risk and identify and resolve issues
• Well-developed digital and social media skills
• Innovative mindset with keen interest in staying abreast of digital best practices and industry trends
• Self-starter that embraces an “all hands-on deck” culture and exhibits a “can-do” attitude
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or equivalent experience (7+ years)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour
