About the job

Preferred Qualifications

5 to 7 years experience with migrating data Preferably between Oracle and PostgreSQL.

Experience with large-scale or production-critical data migration projects.

Experience with legacy application modernization or database modernization initiatives.

Experience reading application source code to infer data usage, business rules, and hidden dependencies.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.

Nice to have

Experience using GenAI or agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, GitHub, Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.

Experience creating automated data quality checks and migration reports.

Familiarity with containerized development environments, Linux scripting, and cloud/on-prem deployment environments.
