Position Overview

Lakewood Midstream is currently hiring a detail oriented Data Entry Operator to assist with a wide range of administrative responsibilities. This remote, part time position is designed to support internal teams by maintaining organized records, coordinating documentation, and ensuring routine tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

The successful candidate will be dependable, proactive, and capable of working independently while remaining responsive to team communication. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and takes pride in supporting efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to team members, managers, and designated departments
• Maintain organized digital files, records, and internal documentation
• Prepare, review, and format reports, correspondence, and business documents
• Monitor assignments and follow up on pending items to support timely completion
• Review records and materials to confirm accuracy and completeness
• Enter, update, and maintain information within internal systems and spreadsheets
• Assist with compiling documents and information for internal reporting needs
• Respond to routine administrative requests in a professional and timely manner
• Handle confidential company information with discretion and care
• Follow established internal procedures and documentation standards
• Support workflow coordination and assist with improving administrative efficiency when needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in administrative support, office coordination, or clerical work preferred
• Proficiency with common office software including word processing and spreadsheet tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
• Willingness to learn internal systems and company procedures
