Overview

The Data Analyst – Excel & SharePoint is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on business data to support operational and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented analyst who can manage multiple data sources, produce clear insights, and collaborate across technical and business teams. The position requires strong Excel expertise, data validation skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable findings.

Responsibilities

• Collect business data, interpret and analyze, summarize/report findings.
• Discover, produce, and analyze information from a variety of sources, tools, processes, and documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, system architects, and subject matter experts.
• Present analytic work clearly and appropriately.
• Enter and validate data as needed, focusing on inventory, customer service results, and SKU analysis.
• Utilize strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SAP (beneficial).
• Assist with other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills with emphasis on data formatting, basic function writing (Lookup & Reference, Text, logical libraries).
• Experience managing multiple data sources and platforms, including basic data analytics.
• Experience as SharePoint 365 admin or key user.
• Nice to have: experience with workflow development and MS Power Automate.
• Ability to interpret and analyze data, summarize findings, and collaborate effectively.
• No minimum experience required.
