You’ll lead complex delivery programmes spanning data, AI, governance and change working directly with senior banking stakeholders to turn technical complexity into business results.

The role:
– Lead large-scale data and AI transformation programmes
– Manage cross-functional delivery teams (business + tech)
– Drive implementation, remediation and advisory work
– Partner with senior client leadership
– Translate technical requirements into business outcomes

Tech environment:
Azure / AWS / GCP Databricks Snowflake Power BI Python SQL Jira Confluence Agile/SAFe

What you’ll bring:
– Track record delivering large-scale data or AI programmes
– Strong stakeholder and programme leadership
– Banking or regulated Financial Services experience
– Solid grasp of modern data platforms and AI transformation
– Excellent communication and consulting skills
