Who We Are

Dash Logistics Systems is a small but growing company focused on the transportation and retail support marketplace. The company’s flagship product is a Delivery Management system used by retailers and third-party logistics companies to manage home deliveries of big ticket items. Deliveries from some of the largest retailers in the U.S. flow through our systems.

We are growing rapidly and always looking at new technology. As a .Net Developer at Dash Logistics Systems, you will help design and develop software that makes users say “Wow!”. We use a mix of technologies, so you will never get bored. We expect you to have mastered the language, platforms, and environments that you use today, and be able to master any that we may require in the future. This is a chance to make a difference, have your opinions matter, and maybe even smile at the end of the day because you’ve accomplished something great.

Requirements

• Alpha Coder – You have a string of successful projects under your belt that prove it.
• Team Player – You love to code, but don’t mind jumping in on devops work or user support.
• Communicator – You have an above average comprehension of spoken and written English, and aren’t afraid to use it.
• Motivated – This is a 100% remote position, so you jump out of bed each morning and can’t wait to get to the keyboard. Distractions are for others.
• US Resident – Sorry, we may need you to travel, so this is an opportunity for US residents only.

Skills you will need

• .Net – Website design and REST API development using MVC, .Net Core, and C#.
• HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap – of course.
• Vue, React, or Angular.
• Database – Maybe you aren’t a DBA, but you have extensive experience with Firebird or a related SQL RDBMS.
• Others – SOAP, FTP, Email, AWS, Azure, etc – all the technologies that a well-rounded Developer would be expected to be familiar with.

Skills you can use

• DevExpress or 3rd Party Controls – Build vs Buy, and for UI we believe in Buy.
• TeamCity, Octopus – Development doesn’t count if you don’t deploy it.
