Working with Partners to identify hiring needs and establish an appropriate search strategy
Execute effective recruitment processes
Ensure all talent-related processes provide a quality service for all stakeholders
Partner closely with external providers to ensure a consistent message is shown to the market
Serve as an adviser to the business, providing regular market intel and updates
Requirements of Role
Demonstrable track record of exceptional talent-hiring within an in-house role
Experience in hiring investment professionals
Excellent know-how of direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
A pro-active approach to talent pipelining
A confident communicator who excels in building working relationships
Highly articulate and able to self-manage and motivate.
